Pricing
The prices listed for our products on the website are accurate at purchase but are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify prices for products displayed at any time without prior notice and to correct any pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Return and Refund Policy
For digital products, no refunds are available. By purchasing a digital product you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Please ensure that you review the product details carefully before completing your purchase.

For physical products, please note that these are handled by a print-on-demand company, and, at this time, no refunds are available. If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please get in touch with us at lessisalot@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the package. Include pictures of the issue and your order number, and we will send a replacement product free of charge. If the package gets lost in transit, please notify us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date, and the new replacement will be on its way.​​​

LESSISALOT Concept Store Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
​Shipping
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your package is dispatched, the tracking link will be sent. Orders typically take 2-5 business days to fulfill before being delivered by DPD, DHL, or another courier that best serves your location. Please ensure that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid delays.
